Joseph’s Wayside Market

Brew & Brats at Arbor Hill was established in 2011, housed in a 170-year-old carriage barn in South Bristol, NY. Their standard brews (Frog Hollow Pale Ale, Gully Washer IPA, and Turtle Crawl Porter) were developed by dedicated beer lovers.

The fourth tap features a different local craft beer weekly, and they also serve the most refreshing root beer anywhere. They partner with Artisan Meats to offer 6 locally-made brats of unequaled taste and quality, including their Sherried Wine Sausage made with their Sherried Wine BBQ Sauce.

Try their signature Winemaster's Sauerkraut or delicious German Potato Salad. Every Friday night they also serve steak dinners, and on Saturday nights you can enjoy free live music by popular local bands. Groups are always welcome at Brew & Brats and Arbor Hill, and they are open YEAR-ROUND. Pets are welcome in the warmer months, either outside or under the tents.
